How the review works

We read the pack as a sceptical diligence reader would: tracing each claim to a register, policy version, or incident log. Inconsistencies between pitch language and compliance artefacts are flagged in plain language for the board, not rewritten as marketing copy.

Outcome

Annotated binder comments, a one-page risk letter for the board pack, and a short list of documents investors are likely to re-request if left unresolved.
