These terms apply to this website and to informational materials published by Blue Cedar Compliance Office. Engagement letters govern paid audit work.
Acceptance
By accessing https://securecloudnode.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site. Requesting an audit brief through the contact form does not create an auditor–client relationship until both parties sign an engagement letter.
Services described
Descriptions of audits for fintech, fees, and timelines are general information. They are not a binding offer, legal advice, or a guarantee of licence approval, investor acceptance, or supervisory outcomes.
Intellectual property
Site copy, layout, and downloadable samples we may share remain the property of Blue Cedar Compliance Office or their respective owners. You may not reproduce materials for commercial training products without written consent. Working papers produced under an engagement letter are handled under that letter’s confidentiality and IP clauses.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated spam through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting an audit brief. We may refuse or discontinue correspondence that appears abusive or fraudulent.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Blue Cedar Compliance Office is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on general content. For paid engagements, liability caps and indemnities are stated in the engagement letter and prevail over these website terms.
Third-party links and images
Linked resources and third-party image hosts are outside our control. Their availability or accuracy does not form part of our audit services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for subsequent visits.
